Must be at least 65 years of age by Jan 1, 2010 and
physically unable to perform the service requested.

Must have a financial hardship and able to prove such.

Must reside in our normal service area.

Must own the property and all persons living at the
service address must be 65 years of age and unable to perform the
requested services.

This program may be discontinued at any time by us.

If found to be in violation of any of these terms we will
discontinue service and you will be billed for all service rendered under
this program.

Remember this program is for those who need it not those
who want to take from those who need it. We have a limited amount of slots
available and this is a need based program so please don't ruin it for
those who benefit from it.

Snow Removal and Lawn Services are separate programs and
must be applied for each season separately.
